We teach a mixture of grappling and stand up in a controlled safe way.

Besides all the martial arts aspects, we will help your child with BULLYPROOF, self-discipline, fun games and SELF-DEFENSE.

Ages from 5 to 7- Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15 to 5:45 and Saturday 11:15 to 11:45. First month is FREE. NO uniform required.

Ages from 8 to 12 – if they are over 13 they function better in the adult classes (we have a great group of 13 to 17 years old training).

Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 7pm and Saturday from 11:15 to noon.
